Description and uses:

Yellow gentian also called Gentiana lutea is a large, robust and perennial herb.
This gentian can live up to 50 years.
It is a mountainous plant that produces large rhizomes.
Its leaves are 30 cm long and the flower reaches up to 80 cm in height.
Its flowering is yellow throughout the summer.

In medicine, it has many therapeutic virtues, it is used for its benefits on the body just like toothache herb or woodsorrel.
