Callicarpa bodinieri BEAUTYBERRY (plant)

Beautyberry, also called Callicarpa bodinieri in Latin, is a shrub 2 to 3 meters high native to China.
It bears small pink flowers in July, grouped in bouquets in the leaf axils on the current year's branches.

It's very resistant to harsh winters, you can easily plant it in the ground in sunny or partial shade.
In autumn, the plant produces small bluish-purple fruits, resembling candy, they are unfortunately inedible.

Beautyberry tree plant 10 to 20 cm high, delivered in a plug with numerous roots.
As soon as you receive the plant, transplant it into a pot with a potting soil substrate, water copiously during planting then leave it for a few days in a cool, semi-shaded place to acclimatize it to its new environment.
You can also plant the Beautyberry tree directly in the garden by watering for a few days after planting.
