Aloe vera plant, also called barbadensis, is a perennial plant native to East Africa.
It is a plant that has long been cultivated in the Mediterranean, North Africa, the Canary Islands and Cape Verde for its medicinal properties.

Aloe Vera is a plant known since ancient times in Mesopotamia, Pharaonic Egypt and ancient Greece.
It is believed that it was the Spanish who introduced the first aloe plants to America.

They are recognized by their thick leaves, which can reach a height of 60 centimeters, and their yellow or orange flowers arranged in spikes.
It is considered an environmentally harmful plant.

From the green parts of its leaves we collect the gelatinous pulp, which has healing properties for internal and external use.

The refreshing effect effectively relieves small daily problems.
its use on the skin is identical to that of comfrey.

Aloe vera 7 to 15 cm high, with a good root system.
After receiving the aloe vera plant, transplant it into a 3 liter pot with a substrate of peat and sand.

Grow it in a very bright location, but not in direct sunlight, otherwise the leaves will turn red.
