More info

Hoodia gordonii belongs to the Apocynaceae family.
It is a plant of the form of a cactus that grows in the Namibian desert.
It is also found in Angola and in the plains and rocky areas.
This plant is a succulent plant about 50 cm high.
Its unusual flowers are star-shaped.
Hoodia seeds are flat and brown, they resemble those of sequoia or gentian.

The natives of Africa use the properties of the Hoodia cactus for their long hunting expeditions through the desert to lessen their hunger and thirst.
Thanks to this cactus from Africa, the world of the diet will live a revolution.

This revolution will be due to Hoodia gordonii, a cactus grown by the San tribe of Johannesburg.
Indeed, for some time now, this tribe of Africa cultivates this succulent plant with virtues to say the least incredible:
A miracle molecule has been isolated in Hoodia.

This highly active molecule acts directly on the part of the brain that controls satiety, as does glucose or chia.
But unlike glucose, this molecule provides no calories.

Sowing Hoodia gordonii seeds:

Prepare a box of fine soil + sand, sow your seeds of Hoodia over and cover the seeds with 2 mm of fine soil.
Water with a sprayer, then place your box in a very hot place with a temperature between 30 and 40 ° C.
Cactus Hoodia seeds usually germinate between 2 and 3 weeks.

  • Original and unusual flowering.
  • Beautiful houseplant without particular maintenance.
  • Has many assets.

Do not consume without medical advice.
