The energizing qualities that have been used for centuries are found in tea, guarana, or kola nuts. The powerful qualities of echinacea and sage officinalis are rich in curative virtues.

With research, medicine has explored the substances and resources of medicinal plants and seeds to present them to us in various more medicinal forms (ampoules, capsules, etc.). Nonetheless, they are an integral part of our daily lives without necessarily being aware of it, much like coffee. We can all have medicinal plants and seeds and thereby use natural remedies either inside our homes or by cultivating them outdoors.
