Velvet bean or Mucuna deeringiana is a member of the family Leguminosae.
It is a large climbing plant that measures 15 meters in height.
It is found mainly in the warm and tropical regions of Asia and Africa.
Mucuna seeds can be black or white, they look like Canavalia or barbados nut.
